Ramona Food & Clothes Closet, Inc. is a Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation organized under the laws of the State of California and its operations are tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Its primary mission is as follows:

1. To provide emergency supplies to individuals and families in need within the communities of Ramona, Santa Ysabel, Julian, Ranchita, Borrego Springs and Warner Springs.

2. To plan and execute a Share-Your-Holidays program during the month of December wherein boxes of food and children’s toys are provided to needy families in an effort to enhance their enjoyment of the holidays.

3. To maintain the building located at 773 Main Street, Ramona, California for the purpose of operating a Thrift Store which shall receive donations including clothing, furniture, house wares, electronics and other merchandise from the community for resale at reasonable prices to the general public.

To the extent that funds are available we may make donations to other nonprofit or charitable organizations whose primary focus is providing assistance to individuals in need because of economic, health or other similar circumstances.
