In
1994, the organization purchased a large building to permanently house
all services offered by the Ramona Food & Clothes Closet. The
building houses our thrift store, emergency and holiday food
distribution operation and corporate office. The building has a
large merchandise display area, emergency food pantry, board room, and
room for receiving, storing and processing donated merchandise.
In 1995, our by-laws were revised to
provide for membership in the Ramona Food & Clothes Closet, and to
establish us as a separate nonpartisan, non-profit corporation which is
no longer under the auspice of the Ramona Ministerial Association, or
any other organization.
